呼叫中心英文客服代表English Customer Service Representative 
Main Responsibilities:
Provide service to customer via phone in the manner of polite and professional way. Provide resolution and suggestion to the customer online. Trouble shooting and resolve customer problem at 1st level. Escalation base on support flow and tracking the ticket until the case closed.
Requirements:
1.)English or related major. High level of both spoken and written English. At least past CET-6 or possess equal English ability.
2.)Be able to accept night shift twice per month at least. 
3.)Be responsible, considerate and calm. Strong interpersonal mocmunication and customer service skills. Good PC skill and good mocmand of Mandarin and English on both Oral and Written, excellent in both Chinese and English pronunciation is preferred

要求：
1、大学本科或以上学历,专业不限. 
2、声音甜美，英文口语流利，能与客户在电话中无障碍交流；
3、熟练使用办公软件；
4、语言表达具有亲和力，服务意识强，善于电话沟通；
5、中英文口音纯正者优先；
6、具有团队精神，能够承受较强的工作压力，能接受一个月至少2次的夜班。)

技术中心：
网页平面设计师
1） 设计类、美术类、计算机或相关专业
2） 精通Photoshop、CorelDraw、Illustrator、Fireworks、Dreamweaver、Flash。
3） 熟悉HTML/CSS
4） 具有良好的审美观；丰富的设计创意。
5） 责任心强；善于沟通；有上进心
工作内容：网页及相关平面设计、标志设计、展示设计、海报等设计。

网站开发工程师  
1） 具有良好的审美观，精通Dreamweaver、Fireworks或Flash等相关网页制作软件
2） 精通HTML语言，能熟练应用CSS、JAVASCRIPT
3） 精通PHP、MySQL；熟悉Linux。
4） 责任心强；善于沟通；有上进心
5） 有工作经验
