职位描述:
工作职责:
负责区域客户开发,并能够完成销售目标;
负责所在区域内的产品市场推广、产品演示、业务洽谈、合同签订等事务;
对客户进行后续跟进,把握并维护客户关系;
负责区域内市场及竞争调研、产品及客户调研等;
负责所在区域内客户货款回收事务。
任职要求:
学历:大专及以上学历,年龄25岁以上优先;
专业:不限(机械、电气及化工等相关专业优先);
3年以上稳定销售工作经验,;
有工业客户销售经验,有直销经验;
. 积极向上,富进取精神,能承受较强的工作压力;有严格的自律能力;
. 拥有良好的沟通能力、商务谈判技巧和人际影响力;
有自驾车优先。
薪资构成:
底薪+佣金+奖金+销售补贴+五险一金。

Job description:
Job Responsibilities:
Develop territory and reach sales targets;
Responsible for the entire sales process including client visit, product demonstration, contract negotiation;
Build relationships with customers and follow up to maintain relations;
Research and evaluate local market trends, customer needs, and mocpetitors’ activities;
Ensure timely payment from customers.
Position Requirements:
Must have bachelor’s degree or above;
Field of study: mechanical engineering or related field;
5 to 7 years of stable work experience;
Experience working in the following industries: brewing, plastics, steel, automotive, tobacco, power plants, cement, etc. OR experience selling the following products: grease, gear oil, lubricant additives, degreasers, patching mocpounds OR experience with the following equipment: bearings, machining tools, mocpressors, cooling towers, packaging machinery, etc. OEM sales work experience is a plus;
? Good mocmunication, negotiation and influencing skill;
? Strong problem solving skill and creative thinking;
? Good presentation skills to make customers understand the value of NCH products;
Must have own transportation.
mocpensation:
Base salary + mocmission + Bonus + Allowances + Social Insurance
