机械制造及其自动化、电气工程及自动化、机械工程及自动化、机械原理及设计、机械电子工程、智能机器人、控制科学与工程、工商企业管理、行政管理、人力资源。 
c、其他要求 
英语六级以上。 
二、供应链经理
Main Tasks and Duties主要任务和职责:
1) Manage the order fulfillment, production/material planning, warehousing and import / export teams and team leaders to meet performance targets, providing clear support and guidance where required. Work with team members to address performance issues and ensure they have fulfill company compliance. 
管理订单执行，生产/物料计划，仓储和进出口团队和团队领导以达到业绩目标，在需要时提供明确的支持和指导。与团队成员合作解决绩效问题，确保他们符合公司的要求。

2) Represent the supply chain teams across the organisation, communicating and working effectively with other functions (manufacturing, procurement, quality, engineering, customer service and commercial), to meet the business goals. 
代表整个组织的供应链团队，与其他功能（制造、采购、质量、工程、客户服务和商业）有效沟通和合作，以满足业务目标。

3) Materials Planning Management物料计划管理
 - Lead the whole process of material planning include raw material replenishment planning. Proactively manage the supply chain team to expedite shortages by identifying issues and internal problems. 
引领物料计划的整个过程，包括原材料的补充计划。主动管理供应链团队，通过发现问题和内部问题来加速短缺。
 - Manage the planning and warehouse teams to ensure deliver the stock planning and replenishment process from demand planning, safety stock /ROP setting, MOQ review to material planning. 管理计划和仓库团队以确保送货计划和补货流程从需求计划、安全库存/ ROP设定，起订量评审材料计划。
 - Manage supply of high-level assemblies from supplier with Kanban management and Pull method. 
用看板管理和拉动方法从供应商处管理高水平组件的供应。
 - Coordinate purchasing team to ensure on time delivery of material, assure timely WO of materials or requested products to support production. 协调采购团队，确保物料准时交付，保证物料或要求的产品能及时支持生产。

4) Inventory and Warehouse Management库存管理 
Oversee customer demand, stock and supply planning to ensure excellent customer service while maintaining optimum stock level. 监督客户需求，库存和供应计划，以确保卓越的客户服务，同时保持最佳库存水平。
 Generate supply forecasts/purchase request based on aggregate customer demand in accordance with S&OP and identify optimum levels of inventory availability.根据S&OP的总客户需求生成供应需求/采购请求，并确定库存可用性的最优水平。
 Work with the production teams to develop right inventory management and cost reduction procedures. 
与生产团队合作制定正确的库存管理和降低成本的程序。
 Monitor stock values and quantities and manage regular stock audits, both internally and externally, to maintain a high stock accuracy. 监控存货价值和数量，管理内部和外部的常规库存审核，以保持较高的库存准确率。
 Manage cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of inventory records, accurate receipt of materials and systems for manufacturing and trading. 管理循环盘点以确保库存记录的准确性，准确地接收生产和交易的物料和系统。
 Maintain high efficiency and productivity to meet agile production and delivery requirement保持高效率和生产力，以满足敏捷生产和交付要求。
 Responsible for inventory KPI such as total inventory value, turnover rates, inventory days, fulfillment level.?负责库存KPI，如库存总价值、周转率、库存天数、实现水平。

5) Order Management订单管理
Responsible for order fulfilment process of all sales orders (manufacture in all segment facility) which supply to local (China) or export (worldwide) customers. 负责所有销售订单的订单完成过程（所有领域设备制造）对当地供应（中国）或出口（全球）的客户。
 Responsible for customer contacts in terms of contract, payment, lead-time and logistics arrangement. 负责合同、付款、交货周期和物流安排方面的客户联系。
Interface with local and global stakeholders (Sales, Production, Procurement, Quality, Finance, Logistics etc.) to resolve delivery issues and improve processes. weekly shipment report to internal stakeholders与当地和全球的利益相关者（销售、生产、采购、质量、财务、物流等）进行沟通，解决交付问题和改进流程。每周向内部利益相关者提交出货报告。

6) Import, Export and Compliance进口、出口和遵从
 Select and manage forwarders effectively from service, cost and security perspective. 从服务、成本和安全的角度有效地选择和管理货代。
 Ensure fast and efficient import / export to meet targets committed to the customer. 确保快速有效的进出口，以满足客户的目标。
 Ensure no disruption due to data integrity in import / export process. 确保在进/出口程序中数据完整性不受干扰。
 Compliance with E-ledger/E-license bonded material processing. 遵从E-ledger/E-license报税材料程序
 Ensure full compliance with existing ISO 9001 procedures and develop new procedures and documentation where required.
确保完全符合现有的ISO 9001程序，并在需要时制定新的程序和文件
7) Others 其他
 Any other reasonable request to meet the business needs. Being a member of management team, involved in the design and implement new processes to improve supply chain effectiveness.
 满足业务需要的其他合理要求。作为管理团队的成员，参与设计和实施新的流程以提高供应链的有效性。

供应链经理薪资：30-50万
