●高级成本会计Cost Accountant Manager
职位描述：负责公司的成本核算，进行公司的成本分析，根据成本构成和历史情况  以及计划指标进行比较，形成成本分析报告。负责公司的固定资产账目管理。负责公司总账的一部分。负责应付账款往来核算，负责国内、国际销售应收账款往来业务核算。财务档案的建立与管理。
职位要求：掌握会计的基础知识与核算方法；了解财经知识和财会制度；熟悉税法和其他经济法规；熟悉工业企业的生产流程和现代企业的管理制度，熟悉Oracle操作系统；具有较强的分析能力；财会专业，大学本科及以上学历，3年以上工业企业成本会计管理工作经验；良好的英语沟通能力。

●测试工程师
职位描述：提供过程检验和成品检验的技术支持;分析解决生产上和质量方面存在的问题；改进产品测试技术与方法；做好光学测试仪器的维护工作；生产车间的现场指导及操作员工的培训。
职位要求：光学、精密仪器专业，学士学位或以上；3年以上光学加工或精密仪器加工工作经验；有项目管理工作经验；良好的英语沟通能力。

●Engineer Manager(工程经理)
Key Responsibilities:
· Manages and directs all aspects of the day to day Manufacturing Engineering Department efforts 
· Works with Tech Ops, Operations to prepare and execute project plans leading to cost effective, high quality, high yield, world class manufacturing capabilities 
· Maximizes efficiency, productivity and quality by analyzing process controls and capabilities, layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization 
· Relies on data collection and analysis, plus experience and judgment to plan and acmocplish goals and institute change 
· Develops the technical resources within the department to support continued improvement and cost reduction
· Acts as an advisor to subordinate staff members on mocplex technical problems
Job Qualifications: 
· 8 + years experiences in optical mocponents or precision machinery manufacturing, or other related industrial experience 
· BS/MS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 
· Strong mocmunication and interpersonal skills, work well with others in a team environment
· Excellent written and verbal English skills
· Six Sigma Black belt or significant SPC/ Six Sigma project experience
· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

●Coating Engineer(镀膜工程师)
Key Responsibilities:
· In charge of coating design for optical productions 
· Initiate the continuous improvement process according to defined targets for scrap, productivity and product quality
· Support and coordination of the training activities for the direct and indirect production personnel.
· Assist manufacturing manager in solving the daily production issues
Job Qualifications:
· Knowledge of basic construction, installation and maintenance of Coating equipment 
· BS/MS in Optical, Coating, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
· 8+ years experience in Coating processes troubleshooting
· Strong mocmunication skills and teamwork capability
· Excellent written and verbal English skills
