招聘职位及要求：
1、人力资源专员
职位描述：
1. 制定招聘年度计划，并按计划实施招聘工作：组织招聘和安排面试、综合素质测试；
2. 保险福利：实施保险福利福利制度，并协助员工办理各项保险事务；
3. 人事关系：办理员工报到和辞职手续，各种人事关系转移、办理职称评定手续；
4. 档案管理：建立并管理公司员工档案；
任职资格：
1. 工作经验：要求三年以上人力资源管理的工作经验
2. 专业背景要求：人力资源管理或相关专业。
3. 学历要求：本科以上
4. 年龄要求：25至40岁
5. 英语CET-6。
6. 个人素质：积极热情、善于与人沟通、秉公办事。

2、镀膜工程师
Key Responsibilities:
●In charge of coating design for optical productions 
●Initiate the continuous improvement process according to defined targets for scrap, productivity and product quality
●Support and coordination of the training activities for the direct and indirect production personnel.
●Assist manufacturing manager in solving the daily production issues
Job Qualifications:
●Knowledge of basic construction, installation and maintenance of Coating equipment 
●BS/MS in Optical, Coating, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
●2+ years experience in Coating processes troubleshooting
●Strong mocmunication skills and teamwork capability
●Excellent written and verbal English skills

3、Cost Accountant Manager（成本会计经理）
Job Qualifications:
●Bachelor degree or above of accounting；
●At least 5 years of working experiences as a cost accountant in a sizable industrial enterprise；
●With certified accountant Qualification；
●Ability of spoken and written English；
●Experience in Oracle system is preferable。
