Job Summary 
·Assists Department Manager on establishing department's key performance targets and planning the annual budget, reports the operation status, provides to Manager the requests or proposals that will help the reach to mocpany and department performance targets. 
·Leads the establishment and the continuous improvement of work process, leads or participates in various improvement projects and activities, makes sure the operation meet with the requirements of corporate quality system.

Position: Tooling Engineer (塑料模具工程师) 
Job Summary 
·Performs engineering assignments associated with injection molding tooling 
·Lead and organize implementation of engineering changes on KXL tools through CMR process; 
·Mentoring and driving proper tooling storage, maintenance and repair behaviors in the molder’s area, maintain the discipline of the system and make sure that all Kodak tools in good shape; 
·Lead tooling transfer process for both in and out KXL by working closely with global partners. 
·As local project leader, work with ATC and Rochester on to coordinate new mold build schedules, start-ups, and certifications at local molder. Understand the new mold build process and supplier base in Asia. 
·Perform molder’s assessment independently or team up with senior tooling engineers upon request; 
·Work with Plastic Parts Engineers and Product Engineers to continue drive down plastic parts cost and increase quality through proper tooling improvement changes or process improvement changes; 
·Assist Technical Ops manager to manage the tooling assets and tooling spare parts inventory; 
·Technical Interact with first tier molder and 2nd tier tooling suppliers on a day-to-day basis, develop local supplier’s tooling capability in all dimensions. 

Requirements 
·4 years Engineering bachelor degree or above, major in tooling & molding, or mechanical engineering. 
·At least 3 years working experience
