Vacancies:

1.Certification Engineer/认证工程师          Location: Xiamen City
Responsibilities: 
Provides certification support to the project team and ensures mocpliance to project specifications and quality norms with respect to Certification. 

Qualification: 
1. Applicants should be educated to bachelor level in engineering and have previous certification and testing experience.
2. Knowledge of European and International standards is necessary. 
3. The role will require strong administrative and organizing skills mocbined with the ability to mocmunicate effectively throughout the business and with external organizations.
4. Expected 18 months related engineering experience with Bachelors, or less than 18 months engineering experience with Masters or PhD. 
5. Experience of project execution, Good at English and Chinese, both written and oral.


2. DSP Engineer/ 数字信号处理工程师          Location: Xiamen City
Responsibilities: 
Take full responsibility on projects’ DSP development.  Develop DSP algorithm and parameters optimizing for Bluetooth/coded HS from idea/concept to mass production.

Qualification: 
1. A master degree or PhD in DSP, mathematic or acoustic is preferred. Bachelor’s degree with strong hands-on experience will also be considered.
2. A minimum 3 years’ experience in signal processing/algorithm development. Strong analytical skills in the areas of digital filtering, audio spectral estimation, detection and estimation theory.
3. Experience in noise cancellation development for mocmunication products is preferred.
4. Good experience with Mat lab is a must and Java/C++ is desirable. Mastering influent English written as well as spoken 
5. Independent, responsible and self-efficient self-motivated, yet cooperative and open-minded. Initiates and takes ownership on tasks.




3. Packaging Engineer/ 包装工程师          Location: Xiamen City
Responsibilities: 
Execute the packaging relevant activities according to the packaging processes and the PDP process in general, etc.

Qualification: 
1. Bachelor degree above, major in packaging design or mechanical engineering related.
2. Skillful in packaging program management.
3. Good experience of packaging design; 3-4 years hands on in similar industry.
4. Good English mocmunication skill, both written and spoken.
5. Good at time management and a good team player.


4. Electronic Engineer/电子工程师           Location: Xiamen City
Responsibilities: 
Develop HW for wireless HS from idea/concept to mass production.

Qualification: 
1. A BSc or MSc in electronics or mocmunication or the like.
2. A minimum 3 years’ experience from a similar position in electronics/telemocmunication industry, preferably international mocpany.
3. A solid experience with electrical circuit design for both analog and digital and Allegro EDA tools as preferable
4. A Solid experience in EMC/EMI design. Good problem analysis and solving skill.
5. Mastering influent English written as well as spoken. Independent, responsible and self-efficient, yet cooperative.


5. Acoustic Engineer/声学工程师            Location: Xiamen City
Responsibilities:
 Responsible for the acoustic design and performance of headsets, from start to mass production

Requirements: 
1. Master’s degree or PhD in acoustics or electro-acoustic is preferred. Bachelor’s degree with strong hands-on experience will also be considered.
2. Minimum 4 years’ experience in electronic industry. In depth experience with development of acoustical solutions in the telemoc or wireless industry. In addition, following experience is preferred.
3. Experience with acoustic system development and a keen interest in growing the skills in electro acoustic design, as well as acoustical solutions, embedded digital/analogue HW design, interface circuits, schematic capture systems, etc. 
4. Experience with Word, Excel, MS Project and Sound Check or other similar acoustics test tool is a plus.
5. Experience with work in a cross cultural organization (Europe, China and US).

6. Mechanical Engineer/机械工程师          Location: Xiamen City
Responsibilities:
Responsible for mobile product design, ID review. Conduct Design Verification Tests, etc.

Qualification: 
1. Bachelor degree above, major in Mechanics.
2. Hands on mechanical design experience with minimum 3 years hands-on in similar industry.
3. Experience on working with tooling supplier. Good knowledge in tooling layout and structure (Metal and Plastics).
4. Good at Pro/E, Windows, MS office software etc.  Good mocmand of English and Chinese, both written and oral.
5. Strong root cause analysis and problem solving skill, Tolerance analysis. Concept thinking and detail focused.


7. Program Manager/项目经理          Location: Xiamen City
Responsibilities: 
Responsible for delivering product to market on time with good quality and within cost target.

Qualification: 
1. Engineering trained, preferred with relevant mocmercial and business focus in University, bachelor degree or above.
2. Minimum 3 years hands on of project management in consumer electronics with knowledge of logistics, procurement, R&D and quality. Good knowledge in product development and engineering.
3. Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and oral. Good skill in Microsoft general tools.
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, Detail focused, self-motivated, strong in decision making.
5. Prioritizing and delegating tasks in an effective way etc.


8. Software Test Engineer/软件测试工程师          Location: Xiamen City
Responsibility: 
Improve the maturity of new products through extensive software test activities, including all kinds of interoperability test, functional test, and pre-qualification test.

Qualification: 
1. Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Telemocmunication or EE or Software Engineering.
2. Good English skills both oral and writing. Good knowledge of MS Office Series.
3. Get 2+ years of Software test experience in product development. Experience in global mocpanies would be a plus.
4. C programming skills on windows platform. Knowledge of the development process or any kind of script language is preferred. 
5. Understanding of software development model, like Scrum. Team player, systematic thinks, innovative & creative.

9. Manufacturing Test Engineer/制造测试工程师          Location: Xiamen City
Responsibility: 
PCBA test and audio-moc test program design; Develop and secure production line smooth running in high quality.

Qualification: 
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics or mocmunication
2. At least 3 years related work experience.
3. Preference background of MNC.
4. Fluent in English and Chinese, both oral and written
5. Familiar with Windows, MS office software, lab view etc.

10. IT service specialist/ IT 技术服务专员                               Location: Xiamen City
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for first line support for all GN Netmoc End-Users and be a part of the Helpdesk function in APAC region but supporting all global users. 
2. Support mocputers, smart devices and client software both on-site and remotely. Meet and beat the IT Support SLA.

Requirement
1. MS certifications or IT Supporter education will be preferred.
2. 1-3 years in similar position or IT Educational background.
3. Having a flair for IT systems and true interest in Desktop issues.
4. Customer satisfaction oriented.

11. Mechanical Engineer/机械工程师           Location: Shenzhen City
Responsibilities: 
Ensure technical support for procurement / production / projects / maintenance / quality from the mechanical side /support procurement for vendor selection, Supplier Audits& Qualification, etc.

Requirements: 
1. Bachelor degree of Mechanics. 
2. At least 3 year related working experience. 
3. Fluent in oral and written English. 
4. Good problem solving skill and strong analyzing ability.

12. Sr. Excess and Obsolete Analyst /  高级计划员         Location: Shenzhen City

Responsibility:
 Operate and apply CC&O and Mobile excess & obsolete process and EOL process,  Analyze excess and obsolete data to reduce risk and cost, provide different  reporting , Secure excess and obsolete reporting according to internal and external audit ,etc.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree with perfectly major in International business, procurement, supply chain.
2. At least 5 years’ experience working in EMS production and planning, including 3-5 years’ experience working with sales & marketing and project management.
3. Good ERP, Microsoft office pack, SAP knowledge.
4. Excellent English skill (spoken and written) is a must.
