Dear Sir or Madam:
I understand that there may soon be an opening for an English Teacher in your company and I wish to be considered for the post.
You will notice from my resume that in April of next year I will graduate from Fujiang Teacher University with English as major subject .As you know that I have over one years’ experience in secretarial work in Beijing, where I handle correspondence, telephone appointment and filing. That’s my first job! But it isn’t my favorite! I think the most important thing is the nature of the job. One should never do anything one is not interested in. To me pleasant working condition with cooperatives staff are also important. As I am really interested in English, so I come back to further my English learning. I wish I could find a job concerning English. I join the self-taught examination not only for the diploma but also for the speaking ability.
Although I have not enough working experience in teaching. But I am hardworking and willing to learn. As a English teacher for children, I think the most important quality is patience, even to cultivate interest for children. Children are quite active, clever, receptive energetic, even naughty, but they can accept the new things quickly! The job offers me a real challenge, and my mot is: if you think you can, you can, and you can!
